Chef German Cruz
Raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Chef Cruz grew up in a household where home-cooking reigned, stoking what would become a life-long interest in the culinary arts. After graduating with a degree in culinary management from the Art Institute of Seattle, Chef Cruz took his passion for working with fresh, sustainable products to the hotel industry, where he worked for Marriott International and Fairmont Hotels before landing at Kimpton. In 2013, Cruz traded the Pacific Northwest for the desert southwest to helm the Lustre kitchen.
